2025 Leasing Conditions

• The lease runs from August 16th until July 31st 
• Individual leases for each room
• The utility bills (water, sewer, gas, electric) remain in the name of Kent Park Homes, LLC 
• Tenants pay their own utilities 
• The utility bills are itemized and added monthly to the rent statement
• In the case of separate leases, utilities are equally divided among the tenants.  Cost ranges $50-75/per month, per person
• No pets allowed 

Modern 3 bedroom houses with open floor plans, two full baths, private deck,  door front parking, dishwasher, washer & dryer, central air. 

Pricing is as follows: The master bedroom with private bath - $500/month. Plus utilities.
Bedrooms #2 & #3 with shared bath $475/month each. Plus utilities.
