Leasing Conditions

• The lease runs from August 20th until July 31st 
• Individual leases for each room
• The utility bills (water, sewer, gas, electric) remain in the name of Kent Park Homes, LLC 
• Tenants pay their own utilities 
• The utility bills are itemized and added monthly to the rent statement
• In the case of separate leases, utilities are equally divided among the tenants.  Cost ranges $50-75/per month, per person
• No pets allowed 

Modern 3 Bedroom Houses with Open Floor Plans, Two Full Baths, Private Deck,  Door Front Parking, Dishwasher, Washer & Dryer, Central Air. 

Pricing is as follows: The master bedroom with private bath - $475/month
Bedrooms #2 & #3 with shared bath $450/month each. Plus Utilities.
